Two dates are worth having in your diary. WalkMe's AI capabilities move to SAP's AI Units consumption model in January 2027 and the rates are not published, which means anyone renewing now cannot budget for it. And SAP Enable Now reaches end of mainstream maintenance in November 2030, with WalkMe Learning Arc as the named successor, although SAP Companion content, guided tours and hotspots are excluded from that transition path. Both are worth scoping before they arrive rather than after.
