Five will actively engage with Indigenous communities and organisations to understand their needs and aspirations, and to build meaningful and sustainable relationships. This will involve attending community events, consulting with Indigenous organisations, and seeking opportunities to support Indigenous-led initiatives.

Five is committed to increasing our engagement with Indigenous-owned and operated businesses through our procurement processes. We will seek advice and guidance from Indigenous organisations and establish partnerships with Indigenous businesses where appropriate.

We will provide cultural awareness training to all of our people who work with clients in Australia, with a particular focus on Indigenous cultures and histories in Australia. This training will be delivered by Indigenous trainers and cover topics such as cultural protocols, history, and contemporary issues.
