Helen is our practice leader for HR business partnering, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, restructures and reorganisations, talent and performance management, and organisational change. Over 18 years, she’s led HR teams - large and small - through significant HRIS implementations, payroll platform deployments, policy rewrites and improvements, and many periods of organisational change and uncertainty.

Her superpower is her world-class pragmatism. She’s worked with some of the world’s leading organisations in financial services and Fintech, including Morgan Stanley, ANZ, Schroders, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Fiserv.
