Megan Bissett

Megan has nearly 10 years of experience working around change, how values drive behaviour, and the need for excellence in everything we do.

Instead of change management, she believes in change renovation, where the values are the foundation to which we build lasting impactful change. She has worked throughout the UK and Europe in a variety of change programmes, from digital transformation to office redesign. Each project has the same commonality - people. A big believer in communication being more listening than talking, she likes to understand different perspectives, especially from those whose voices often remain unheard.

Combining her background in industrial/organisational psychology and her experiences as a disabled woman, Megan likes to think differently about how we approach work and how we can make workplaces more accessible. Without addressing accessibility and organisational values, she believes we will never be able to achieve truly diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces.
