Where we support

Each coaching engagement at Five follows a structured format designed to deliver real, measurable outcomes:

  • Initial triad alignment meeting (coachee, coach, line manager) to agree on focus areas and intended outcomes
  • Up to six 90-minute coaching sessions delivered in person or on MS Teams — flexible to your schedule
  • Midpoint and final directional check-ins, typically including P&C/HR, with no breach of confidentiality
  • Wrap-up reflections with recommendations to support ongoing development

All coaching is underpinned by Five's Values to Outcomes model, helping individuals link beliefs and behaviours to performance and measurable impact.

For senior leadership engagements, an ROI report documents coaching progress, outstanding areas where ongoing support is required, and value delivered to the individual, team, and organisation.
