Liv Wilson

Liv is our WalkMe implementation consultant, but does all the other stuff too! She is our token geek and gets into the detail; which is helpful when enabling WalkMe to do the tricky stuff while your people get onto doing what they do best.

She has worked in corporate learning for over 15 years and specialises in facilitation, learning design, consultancy and leadership development.

Her background has been predominantly in the financial services sector with IAG, GE, and BNZ; but she has recently worked with Spark New Zealand as a leadership coach, with a focus on performance consulting.

She is exceptionally curious and passionate about supporting people to unlock their amazingness.

The “R” word

A Parent's Guide to Systems

I’ve had an epiphany - systems are like children and it’s our responsibility to ensure that they grow up safely, behave, and make the world a better place. So, how can we do this? One of the amazing tools for parenting is a village - surrounding yourself with other people to help you raise your little human. And one of the amazing tools available for systems is a Digital Adoption Platform called WalkMe.

Let’s get phygital

Phygital has been doing the rounds for the last couple of years in retail and marketing. It’s the blending of a physical presence (like a store) with a digital experience (like app integration) - the key is that these experiences happen in the same journey.
