
Simon Collinson brings over 20 years of experience helping organisations navigate change by aligning strategy, leadership, and ways of working to deliver meaningful outcomes.
He has worked across a range of sectors including telecommunications, technology, retail, and sales, with key roles at Spark New Zealand, Gallagher and Specsavers. During this time, he has led and supported large-scale transformation initiatives, evolving leadership approaches and helping organisations respond to the increasing pace and complexity of their environment.
Simon takes a whole-system view, understanding the interconnectedness between strategy, people, structure, and delivery. He has extensive experience coaching senior and executive leaders, working alongside them to build trusted relationships, strengthen alignment, and navigate complex challenges.
He is known for his pragmatic, curiosity-led approach and his ability to constructively challenge the norm, helping leaders and teams explore what’s possible. He has a particular interest in how organisations respond to an ever-changing landscape and emerging technologies such as AI, and how to balance technological advancement with human-centred ways of working.
