A Smartsheet readiness review is a fixed-scope diagnostic from Five, an authorised Smartsheet partner. It tells you whether Smartsheet is the right tool for your problem before you invest in a build. If you already use Smartsheet, it works as a health check on your current setup.

A Smartsheet readiness review before you build

You may be asked to approve a build with no clear answer on what it will change. The review gives you that answer. We agree the measures before we design anything, because a build without a baseline can't show what it changed. If Smartsheet isn't what you need, we'll say so.

What's the difference between a readiness review and a health check?

They're the same review with a different starting point. A readiness review tests whether Smartsheet will fix your problem before you build. A health check looks at a setup you already run and what's holding it back.

How long does a Smartsheet readiness review take?

Two to three weeks. We agree the timing with you at the start.

How much does a Smartsheet health check cost?

It's a fixed price, agreed before we start. You'll know the full cost before any work begins.

What do we get at the end?

You get a findings pack you can take to your executive team. It covers the current process with the steps counted, the outcomes and measures we agreed, and a scoped recommendation. The recommendation sets out deliverables, hours, an investment range and our assumptions.

Will you tell us if Smartsheet isn't the right tool?

Yes. We don't earn a margin on licences. We do hold a referral agreement with Smartsheet, and we'll tell you upfront if an introduction from us would earn a fee.

Can you review a Smartsheet setup we built ourselves?

Yes. The health check works the same way whoever built your setup. It's also where we start before we support a setup we didn't build.

What happens after the review?

You decide what to do with the recommendation. If you go ahead, we can design and build the solution, run adoption alongside it or support what you have.
