Smartsheet readiness review

A fixed-scope diagnostic that tells you whether Smartsheet is the right call, before you spend the money finding out. Two to three weeks, fixed fee, honest answer.
Why you'd want this
You've probably already got the tool. Somebody in one team got a licence, it worked, it spread sideways, and now there are forty sheets, three ways of naming a project, a dashboard nobody trusts and an executive team still asking for status in a slide deck. Or you haven't bought it yet and you're being asked to sign off a build with no clear answer on what it will change.
The review answers the same question either way. What's going wrong here, and will this tool fix it? Two to three weeks, a fixed fee, and we agree the measures before we design anything, because a build without a baseline is just a nicer place to keep the same mess. And if Smartsheet isn't what you need, we'll say so. That happens more often than you'd think.
Where we support
Two to three weeks, a fixed fee, and a findings pack you can take to your executive team.
- We name the current challenges in your own words. Things like the workarounds have become the norm and people don't know what they don't know, because that's the language that gets a leadership team to recognise its own organisation.
- We agree the outcomes and the measures before anything gets designed. A handful of outcomes, each with a measure you can actually collect. It's the step that makes the work judgeable later on.
- The current state, with the steps counted. We map the real process, with the step counts and the points of friction written down.
- We give you a scoped recommendation with the risks stated honestly. Deliverables, hours, an investment range and the design principles we'd build to, with our own dependencies and assumptions written down in plain view.
How it will benefit you
The cheapest way to find out whether Smartsheet is your answer.
- You get a straight answer, including no. We don't make margin on your licences, so we've no reason to tell you to buy more of them.
- You find out for the price of a diagnostic, well before you commit to a build. Two to three weeks and a fixed fee is a very cheap way to avoid an implementation that quietly stops being used.
- You get a baseline and a prioritised plan. Once the measures exist the value conversation stops being a matter of opinion, and you know what to do first, what to leave, and which changes belong to the way you work.
